You see, I lost something …

That’s why I’m told I can’t say it …

Recently, it’s becoming my boom to search for Bill Gates’ recommended books. So this time, I would like to briefly introduce one of the books I saw there.

The name is also “Bill Gates Paradox”. Suddenly, this book, which came out with a mysterious titling like Einstein’s entanglement paradox, briefly explains recent technology trends and was very helpful to watch, so I will introduce it here as well. I will do it.

I’ve come across a lot of technology so far, and this Bill Gates book says:
The Industrial Revolution, which began in England around the 18th century, was not rebelled by vested interests because politics contributed to the advancement of technology to some extent at that time.

According to the theory, this industrial revolution began in England, which was neither China nor France at that time.

Certainly there is a reason for this theory. In fact, humankind had technology before that, but it hasn’t used it as much as we can think of today. So, this is a turning point that seems to be only once in the long history of humankind, which is 100,000 years. That’s what it says.

There was something I thought about. Then, isn’t the latest technology such as quantum computer and virtual reality, which has been booming recently, similar to the industrial revolution period as a whole?

These questions are just yes.

In other words, the current situation is very similar to the world of the 18th century, when the Industrial Revolution began at that time. Until then, most of the work was done by an adult male who had a job called a craftsman, but due to technological advances, most of the work is a slave of technology created by the geniuses of the time.

The work that even children can do has flooded society. Then, of course, there will be a working class rebellion as seen in the Luddite movement. But this also applies to modern times, saying that losers left behind in the global economy can trigger the creation of a president like Trump.

And Trump also says that in that sense it is a very natural result.

Mark Zuckerberg only recently declared his company, Facebook, to be a Metaverse company, but as soon as he saw it, there was a lot of controversy. Meanwhile, China is calling for quitting games for more than four hours a day.

This is because doing more than that would be no different to the masses as smoking opium. He also states that there is always such a hindrance to vested interests.

An important fact is that in the 99,800 years of human history, technology has not developed at all, GDP has not risen, and it has stagnated, partly because of the influence of such control. It also says that it is a body.

What I found interesting was why these innovations were in England, and why they were in England, not China or Japan. And why are they so recent? It is also interesting to see why it was in the 1800s, not in the year 1300.

Just as there is a reason for everything, I think there is some reason for the Industrial Revolution itself. In that sense, I found this book, which gives a bird’s-eye view of why the Industrial Revolution occurred in England in the 18th century, very useful. And that’s not all.

It also states why the United States has since become a technologically superior country after Britain. I hope you read this book, but it also explains why young Americans these days are pessimistic about the future.

The reason is already out, simply because there is a drastic change in the working environment due to the technology I mentioned earlier.

In the 1900s, it seems that there was a person called a laundry woman in the United States, but it seems that it disappeared from society at a certain time. In other words, technology has changed the social position of the act of “laundry” at once, creating a new profession, and it has already disappeared from society in an instant due to the similar drastic decrease.

There is. Therefore, the new way of working, which has become a hot topic these days, is unknown when considering the case of such a “laundry woman”. That’s why he says he’s worried.

Either way, I’m sure this book will be useful to us as we move into the turbulent times.

Also, I think that I lived by actively gathering information because there are many cases where recent cases such as crypto assets and Web3.0 are not enough to learn.
